Henry B. Glime President|CEO      Henry graduated from Walsh College with a Bachelors in Business Management, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and has been improving the construction industry for over thirty years. His passion for our industry is matched only by his commitment to your success. Technology and human resources are paramount to Henry, as well as developing and refining new systems on a daily basis.Henry’s goal is to change the construction industry the same way Henry Ford revolutionized the automobile.

Ron Mattes New Business Development      A proud husband and father of one, Ron has been in the construction sales industry for four years. Graduating with his Bachelors of Science and Marketing, Ron also played college basketball. When he’s not winning new business, his hobbies include playing basketball, mountain biking and enjoying life!

Office

Kris Perry VP of Operations      With eight years in construction under his tool belt, and a Bachelors of Science from Madonna University, Kris has a vast knowledge of commercial and residential construction, and exemplifies “grace under pressure.”His mellow demeanor provides a striking contrast to his extreme hobbies, which include mountain biking and rock climbing.

Gina Lammers Controller      Gina is our CPA with seemingly endless patience and an unmatched positive attitude. With over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, Gina keeps us on the right path for profit!

Katey Merlin Assistant Controller      Katey graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Finance, and minored in Business Management. She has lived in the Tampa Bay area her entire life, and loves our beautiful beaches, a good game of poker, and has a serious soft spot for stray animals.

Connie Huck Accounting Assistant      Connie recently moved to Florida from Ohio where she worked for her family’s trucking company for over 20 years.  She has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate accounting as well as partnership accounting in residential construction.  In her spare time she enjoys swimming, shooting pool, football, motorcycles, car races and spending time with her daughter.

Alyson Beaudoin Operations Manager      With four years in construction and a strong background in the medical field, Alyson can, and does, handle anything we throw at her – a nearly impossible task for mere mortals. She has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, in Troy, Michigan, and is the epitome of a true team player.She makes the best coffee in the office, which obviously means she is responsible for all work done before 9am.

Jessica Blount Production Assistant      A Tampa native with five years of experience in the construction industry, Jessica has a strong background in permitting as well as land development and operations. When she’s not at work she stays busy being a mom and training for running events, and every fall she loves watching college football.

Kelli Rumore    Contract Coordinator | Dir. of Ambassador Programs      Kelli graduated at the top two percent of her class with a weighted GPA of 6.78 and an emphasis on music theory. She has been in the construction industry for five years and has a strong background ranging from title work to purchasing, and possesses an unrivaled affinity for organization.She has never lost a game of Trivial Pursuit or an important document, and has been blessed with a wonderful husband, and two beautiful children.

Lisa Tannenbaum    Purchasing Agent      Lisa is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and pulls from 5 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive knowledge in sales, operations and purchasing. In her spare time, she volunteers for Florida Boxer Rescue, goes to beach, and enjoys spending time with her family and shopping!

Amanda Hinds PO Assistant      Amanda is currently a Junior this year at the University of South Florida. She is majoring in Elementary Education and hopes to teach first or second grade when she graduates. Amanda is skilled in American Sign Language and hopes this asset will allow her to have Deaf or Hard of Hearing children integrated into her classroom in the future. She is a newbie in the construction industry, but is glad to help with all of the Purchase Orders here at Gallo! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend of three years, playing video games, and doing volunteer work at her church.

Estimating

Randy Plantz    Estimator      A Florida native, Randy graduated from Eckerd College with an emphasis on business management. He has been in the construction industry for over 10 years with experience ranging from tying steel and marciting pools to estimating and purchasing entire buildings.Additionally, Randy is a “gearhead”. He builds and drives both drag cars and circle track late models at any given chance.

Jeremy Burgess    Estimating      Jeremy studied mechanical engineering at UCF, grew up working in the family construction business, and officially delved into construction in 2000 doing remodels. He has worked in Warranty, Construction Management, Estimating and Purchasing. Jeremy is an avid fly fisherman who enjoys camping, snow skiing, and above all, his daughter. Rumor is, he makes a mean spaghetti Carbonera!

David Duris    Estimating      Dave brings 8 years of construction experience to our Estimating Department learned as a Navy Seabee. A loving husband and father, Dave is dedicated to his family and work. He loves the Red Sox and the Patriots and sports in general. He brings an untiring work ethic and strong desire to succeed to Gallo.

Field

Bob Brooks Project Manager

Hugh Glime Project Manager Hugh G. Glime, Jr. has been in heavy construction for 40 years including sewer, water, road, site work and demotion. He retired in November of 2007 and discovered he could not stay idle! He and his wife moved to Florida where he joined the team, and he’s doing his part to assist in Gallo’s success!

Ned Marvin Project Manager Ned has worked as a field manager for the last four years and graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Management. A tireless worker, when he does take a moment to relax he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Bob McCormick Field Manager Robert McCormick has been in the construction agency since 1985, was raised a Military Dependant who graduated in 1981 and served in the US Air Force. He is married to his wife of 18 years and has two children.

Steve Moore Project Manager Steve has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and enjoys hunting, fishing and outdoor life in his free time.

Mark Phillip Field Manager Mark Phillip has been in the residential and the commercial construction industry for over 30 years. In this time he has built hundreds off residential shells for a leading shell company in the past. He has also built condominiums and multi-family projects .In the commercial industry he has built a three story base building 15000 sq, ft. with an elevator system , and has also done many interior build outs and school renovations.

Luis Santana    Project Manager      Majoring in Electrical Mechanical Computer Technology at the New York Institute of Technology, and having over 10 years of construction experience to pull from, Luis knows the industry inside and out.A bundle of energy even after a long day in the field, Luis still has the vivacity to jog five miles every day and cook up culinary delights!

Steve Simpson Field Manager A proud husband and father, Steve graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from Marian College. He has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in residential construction. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, and all types of sports.

Joe Trupiano    Field Manager Joe has been in the field since 1994 with carpentry, siding, and remodeling experience. He enjoys sports, playing cards, and relaxing at the beach with his wife and two kids. Joe came down from Michigan in 2006 to work with Gallo and is dedicated to the quality and safety of all of his sites.

Safety

Kyle Jones    Safety Coordinator      A competitive athlete who has wrestled for 15 years, Kyle has three years of construction and safety experience. He enjoys fishing in his kayak, and continues to train and coach wrestling at local high schools.

Foreign Drywall Solutions

Larry Buffington    Director of Operations      With over 15 years of construction experience, Larry has a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of commercial and residential construction. In his spare time, Larry enjoys traveling with his wife and golfing with friends.

John Addison Field Manager John has ten years of experience in residential construction, with a background in purchasing, estimating and field experience. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, playing guitar and having a good time with family and friends.

Lisa Anweiler Drywall Purchasing With over six years experience in the construction industry, Lisa has a strong background in Purchasing and Construction Management. She graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S degree in Communications. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

Scott Blitch Project Manager Scott has over 22 years experience in the construction industry working in both Commercial and Residential projects thru-out the Southeastern United States. In his spare time he enjoys camping and traveling with his family.

Matt Brown Project Manager

Theresa Collins Drywall Coordinator      Theresa studied at the University of South Florida in Business and Finance. She has over 16 years of experience in management and all aspects of business. Theresa has been married to her high school sweetheart for almost 20 years and has one son. She volunteers for many charities and enjoys spending time with family, doing things like fishing, tubing, camping.

Andrew Ewing Andy is a native to Naples, Florida, where he lives with his wife of 9 years and their 7 year old son. Growing up in a strong construction family, Andy brings over 10 years of experience to the industry, including both residential and commercial. In his spare time Andy enjoys fishing, camping, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Michael Meadors Field Manager

Sam Mosca Field Manager Sam has over ten years of experience in residential and commercial construction, with a background in multi-family, single-family and commercial construction. In his spare time, he enjoys boating with his wife, children and friends.

William Weigand Field Manager Billy has ten years experience in residential construction with a back round in custom carpentry and field experience. In his spare time he enjoys fishing on his boat, golfing, weight training, and playing in his adult kickball league with friends.

Customer Service

Rob McIntyre Customer Service Representative | Field Manager Robert McIntyre has seven years of experience in multiple disciplines in construction. He has built production homes, custom homes, commercial, marinas and developed multi use properties.  With a degree in Business Administration from University of South Florida, Robert also is a certified building contractor, an accredited professional in Leadership in Energy and Efficiency Design (LEED), and a Florida Notary Public.
